Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location close to Central Park and several attractions, which was a major plus for our trip. However, the rooms were quite outdated and not as bright as I expected, making the atmosphere feel a bit gloomy. Additionally, the breakfast was overpriced for what was offered, leading to a disappointing experience overall.
This hotel had its perks, including a trendy atmosphere and a fabulous location just a short walk from Central Park and various attractions. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The service was decent, but the dining experience lacked in quality. While I appreciated the friendly atmosphere, I wish the facilities were better maintained.
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I had a fantastic experience overall. The guest service I received was exceptional, especially from Sonam, who really went above and beyond. The location was ideal for exploring Central Park, though the room was smaller than I expected. While I enjoyed my time overall, there were some maintenance issues that detracted from the experience, particularly with the plumbing and noise from neighboring rooms.
I had an overall great experience at the hotel, enjoying beautiful decor and fantastic views of Central Park. The staff put in a lot of effort to accommodate our needs, especially on our wedding day. However, there were some hiccups with accessing certain areas and the size of the rooms was a bit on the smaller side, typical for New York City. The dining experience was delightful, surpassing my expectations, which added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
The hotel had a great aesthetic and comfortable ambiance, and I loved the elegant decor throughout. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by persistent disruptions and outdated facilities that need significant renovations. Despite the appealing atmosphere, my stay was interrupted, making it less enjoyable than I had hoped.
